Ickworth House and Hotel -map-

This is a fabulous property!  We are very fortunate to only live 15 minutes from this property.  Again, this property is owned by the National Trust.  Half of this property has been converted in a hotel/restaurant.  Due to the sheer size of this building, it is no wonder that the owner ran out of money before it could be completed.  As we do live so close, we have visited this property several times now.  If you like doing long walks, then finishing off the walk with a drink in the hotels bar/restaurant, then this place is for you.  For more information on Ickworth, click here.
